Here are the discussed general terms and conditions offered by the “Buffalo Airport Parking” located at Red Roof Inn Buffalo – Niagara Airport 146 Maple Dr, Bowmansville, NY, 14026.

General:

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to each user of the platform (The Buffalo Airport Parking), to the Parking services concerning the Parking reservations offered by Buffalo Airport Parking and also to all matters relating to the legal relationship between Buffalo Airport Parking and the User.
  • By making a Reservation through our website, the User agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
  • The applicability of any general terms and conditions of the User/third parties is expressly rejected by Buffalo and shall not apply to the legal relationship between Buffalo Airport Parking and the User.
  • Buffalo Airport Parking may unilaterally amend and/or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be announced on the website. Any significant changes to these Terms and Conditions will be notified to the User.

Service:

  • Buffalo Airport Parking helps users find, compare, and book parking spaces. When a reservation is made, an agreement is formed between the user and the parking provider.
  • Buffalo Airport Parking only provides the platform and is not a party to this agreement. All details—like pricing, availability, and cancellation terms—are provided by the parking provider, and users must agree to their terms when booking.
  • Buffalo Airport Parking serves solely as a platform to connect users with parking providers. We are not involved in the agreement, pricing, or terms set by the providers and are not responsible for the execution of the parking services.
  • If reminders are enabled, Buffalo Airport Parking will send a notification before your reservation. However, the booking remains your responsibility, and reminders may be delayed based on network availability.

Process:

  • After making the Reservation, the User will receive an email from Buffalo at the email address provided by the User (“Reservation Confirmation”) containing: a confirmation allowing the User to use the Parking Space; all (other) information about the Parking Provider and the Parking Space necessary for the use of the Reservation (“Reservation Information”); and in the case of valet parking, the meet-and-greet location at the relevant airport.
  • Reservation Information is understood to mean, in any case: the telephone number, address and driving directions of the Parking Provider, the rates of the Parking Space and the method of payment, and the cancellation policy.

Obligations of Buffalo Airport Parking:

  • Buffalo Airport Parking acts as a platform to connect users with parking providers and facilitates their agreement. We aim to provide clear, detailed information about each provider and parking space so users can make informed decisions. Cancellation policies and other terms from the provider are available directly on our platform.
  • Buffalo Airport Parking relies on information provided by parking providers for the platform. While we carefully select and review providers and their details, we are not liable for inaccuracies unless caused by our own negligence. We do our best to update any incorrect information promptly once we're made aware of it.
  • Buffalo Airport Parking uses reasonable care and expertise when providing related services, such as sending reservation reminders.

Obligations of the User :

  • When a user makes a reservation through Buffalo Airport Parking, an account is created using their email and reservation number. Users can log in with these details, and must be at least 18 years old to book.
  • Users should review their reservation details after booking. If confirmation isn't received within an hour, they can contact Buffalo Airport Parking customer support for assistance.
  • Users must present their Reservation Confirmation to the Parking Provider. Buffalo Airport Parking notes that providers may require it in digital or printed form, based on their specific terms.
  • Users are responsible for arriving at the parking location on time. If running late, they should directly contact the Parking Provider.

Rates:

  • By making a reservation, the user agrees to the current rate shown on Buffalo Airport Parking. Rates may vary based on availability, booking time, duration, vehicle type, and other factors.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following applies to the rates quoted on the Platform:
  • 1) Rates include all applicable taxes (including VAT or local variant); 2) the rates are taxed for indirect taxes in the country where the Parking Provider is located; and 3) In certain countries, including (but not limited to) the United States, federal taxes and state taxes may be included in the rates.
  • Buffalo Airport Parking may charge users a reservation or service fee for handling bookings. It may also charge parking providers a mediation fee for facilitating the agreement.

Payment & Cancellation:

  • Payment for the parking space can be made either at the time of booking, where Buffalo Airport Parking collects the amount on behalf of the provider, or upon arrival at the parking location.
  • The user acknowledges that payments may be handled by a third-party payment processor on behalf of Buffalo Airport Parking.
  • Users may cancel their reservation with Buffalo Airport Parking free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation date, unless stated otherwise. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged the full parking price on behalf of the Parking Provider.
  • Any mandatory transaction fees imposed by financial processors are not eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations with Buffalo Airport Parking should be made through the “Login” section on the platform or via the “change your reservation” link in the confirmation email. While cancellations through other methods—like contact forms, phone calls, or emails—are allowed, they are only processed during customer service hours on working days (excluding holidays). If not made through the platform, the cancellation is considered effective once a Buffalo Airport Parking team member processes the request.
  • If the User fails to use the reserved Parking Space on time or at all, they are still required to pay the full Parking Price to Buffalo Airport Parking (on behalf of the Parking Provider) or directly to the Parking Provider. This applies even if the User does not utilise all the reserved days.
  • If a vehicle is refused by the Parking Provider due to information the User knew or should have known, Buffalo Airport Parking reserves the right to charge the User the full Parking Price on behalf of the Parking Provider.
  • If the User fails to present the Reservation Confirmation to the Parking Provider, Buffalo Airport Parking may charge the full Parking Price on behalf of the Parking Provider.
